Life can present many challenges and difficulties. It's tough to experience stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and burnout. However, it's often through facing these difficulties that you discover your strengths, resiliency, and capacity for growth.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing a Master’s degree in counselling psychology, I am committed to helping you reach your full potential. To do so, your world view and experiences will be taken into consideration as we work collaboratively. Fluent in both English and French, I aim to make mental health care accessible to a diverse clientele.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing on the strengths and inherent potential of each individual. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural,  interpersonal, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, mindfulness therapies, and EMDR.

Together we will create goals to help you gain further self-awareness, develop coping strategies, alleviate the negative impact of past experiences, and create positive changes for your well-being and life. Book a free consult today and let's get started!

Life can feel heavy at times. You may be carrying anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, or the quiet exhaustion that comes with ongoing stress or major life changes. Experiences such as infertility, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, infidelity, or questions around identity can feel deeply personal and isolating. You don’t have to navigate any of this alone.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where your experiences, values, and worldview are honoured. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and understood. Fluent in both English and French, I aim to provide care that feels accessible, inclusive, and respectful of your unique story.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women through challenges related to fertility, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum experiences, identity, and changing roles. I also support couples navigating relationship difficulties, infidelity, and premarital or marital concerns, with a focus on rebuilding trust, strengthening connection, and improving communication.

My approach is client-centred and compassionate, grounded in the belief that you already hold strengths and resilience—even if they feel hard to access right now. I gently integrate therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused work, motivational interviewing, and EMDR, always at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we will move toward greater self-understanding, develop coping strategies that feel supportive and sustainable, and work through past experiences that may still be affecting you today. Our work will be guided by your goals, your comfort, and what matters most to you.

If you’re feeling curious, unsure, or simply in need of a place to start, I invite you to book a free consultation. I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
